Structured & Consistent
Our Repair Process
Every instrument is handled with care and precision — from the first inspection through final delivery.
Our Approach
Care From Start to Finish
We follow a structured and consistent process to ensure every instrument is handled with care and precision. No shortcuts. No rushed work. Just methodical attention to every detail that affects how your instrument plays.
From the moment your instrument reaches our bench, it is treated with the same respect we would give our own. Every step is documented, every decision is communicated, and every repair is tested thoroughly before it is returned to you.
Whether it is a minor adjustment or a full overhaul, the process remains the same — because consistency is what produces reliable results.
Five Clear Stages
How Your Instrument Is Cared For
From drop-off to pickup — every stage is designed to keep you informed and your instrument protected.
Inspection
A detailed assessment is carried out to identify mechanical issues, wear, and performance concerns. Every key, pad, spring, and tone hole is examined methodically so nothing is missed.
Quotation
A clear explanation of required work is provided before any repair begins. You will know exactly what needs attention, why it matters, and what to expect — no surprises, no hidden work.
Repair & Adjustment
Work is performed using appropriate materials and methods, focusing on function, reliability, and response. Each adjustment is made with the player's experience in mind.
Quality Check
Each instrument is tested to ensure stable tone, accurate intonation, and smooth mechanical action. If it does not meet our standard, it does not leave the bench.
Collection or Delivery
Final review is available upon pickup to ensure everything meets expectations. We walk you through what was done and answer any questions before you leave.
Expected Timeline
Most standard repairs are completed within approximately two weeks.
More complex restoration work may require additional time due to parts sourcing and detailed procedures. We will always keep you informed of the expected completion date and notify you if anything changes.
Timelines are estimates based on the scope of work identified during inspection. Rush service may be available — please ask during your consultation.
30-Day Service Warranty
All completed repairs include a 30-day service warranty, based on the scope of work performed.
If any issue arises related to the repair work completed, we will address it at no additional charge. Your confidence in the work is as important to us as the work itself.
The warranty covers the specific repairs and adjustments performed. It does not cover new issues unrelated to the original scope of work or damage from misuse.
