Service Levels
Most instruments are assessed under one of the following service levels
Play Condition Service
Basic playability check, minor regulation, lubrication, leak inspection, and play test.
Performance Adjustment
For minor leaks, uneven response, sluggish action, pad replacement, cork or felt work, and improved regulation.
Clean, Oil & Precision Setup
A deeper service with partial disassembly, cleaning, pad reseating, regulation, spring balancing, and extended play testing.
Full Overhaul / Repad
Full disassembly, complete repad, cleaning, regulation, mechanical rebuilding where needed, and full performance setup.

Saxophone Repair
From basic play condition service to full overhaul, we provide adjustment, pad work, regulation, cleaning, and performance setup for soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones.

Level 1 — Play Condition Service
Basic playability / routine adjustment. Suitable for instruments that are mostly working but need basic adjustment, regulation, or inspection.

Timing
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround target is within two weeks for most regular repairs.
Vintage restoration typically requires one month due to the careful assessment, sourcing of original parts, and preservation work involved.
Priority or emergency service may be available by appointment for concerts, exams, auditions, and urgent performance needs. Additional priority fees may apply.
